Construction disputes rarely fail because the facts don’t exist—they fail because those facts are not identified clearly, proven credibly, or presented persuasively. This webinar walks attendees through a practical, end-to-end framework for understanding, analyzing, and explaining construction schedule delay and disruption claims. Drawing on industry standards such as AACE Recommended Practice 29R-03, real-world dispute experience, and forensic schedule analysis techniques, the webinar addresses the four questions every project team and claims professional ultimately faces:
- What just happened?
- Are delays and disruptions inevitable, or preventable?
- How do we move forward once things go wrong?
- How do we explain this to executives, attorneys, and mediators?
